- Discovery to Understand the Needs of the Organization:
The first step in our process was to gain a thorough understanding of the needs and goals of the Kappa Alpha Psi. Fraternity. This involved meetings with key stakeholders to discuss the organization’s event mission, target audience, branding guidelines, and the events for which the marketing materials are being developed.
- Developing the Overall Strategy
Upon comprehending the organization’s requirements, we initiated the creation of a tailored marketing package characterized by visual appeal, user-friendliness, and responsiveness. Additionally, we collaborated extensively with the executive board and the event planning committee to formulate a comprehensive strategy, incorporating redundancy and fail-safe measures to anticipate and address all conceivable scenarios.
- Executing the Process
After finalizing a thorough plan, DASH began collaborating with venue partners, event talent, city planning committees, stage and audio-visual equipment vendors, food and truck vendors, as well as volunteers. This collaboration aimed to guarantee the flawless execution of every event during the Kappa Alpha Psi Grand Conclave with meticulous precision.
The Results
By leveraging the full spectrum of skills within our repertoire, the DASH team successfully achieved our objective of orchestrating the fraternity’s most meticulously organized and executed series of events.
