Media Release & Waiver

By registering for and attending the West River End of Summer Movie Night,  you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded during the event.

You hereby grant Dash Coordinating & Marketing, LLC, its partners, sponsors, and affiliates the unrestricted right and permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance in any photographs, video recordings, or other media captured during the event. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, website content, press releases, or other lawful purposes, in perpetuity, without compensation or further notice.

You understand that all media captured at the event becomes the property of Dash Coordinating & Marketing, LLC and may be edited, published, or distributed at their discretion.

If you are registering on behalf of others, including minors, you confirm that you have the authority to consent to this release on their behalf.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff upon arrival so reasonable efforts can be made to accommodate your request.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this media release and waiver.
